All positions within the Council are Honorary.  The Council is headed by the Honorary President.

The National Executive is the main decision making body of the Council, comprising the National Officers plus Executive Delegates from each of the Branches.

Each Branch has its own set of Officers, who may or may not be the same people as the Branch Executive Delegates.

The day to day running of the Council is done by the National Officers under the authority of  the National Executive.  Major changes to the Rules, Constitution or the Election of National Officers must receive the approval of the Members at a General Meeting.
